Multichannel mixes - output, formats, etc

Hello,

Does anyone know of add-ons or plugins that would assist with using Tracktion with multichannel mixes? Specifically I'm looking for ways to export directly to an intermediate format that I can feed to an encoder, or even directly to WMA. I don't have access to production encoders from here, but WMA will work for my uses. I work with 6 and 8-channel material, so AVI export would be handy since the WMA encoder can't handle more than 6 sources.

(I'm trying to come up with an inexpensive way to do a little work from home.)

Any ideas? Is this an appropriate use for Tracktion?
I've read the Tracktion docs, but am otherwise a complete newbie.
