Someone asked me if you could have a PC and a MAC version as your 2 registered systems. I couldn't see an issue.

nothing for you to worry about
licence is x2 no matter if it mac or pc
updates are 2 separate downloads for mac & pc
& the cd should have both on aswell

The CD does have both Mac and PC versions...
