Standard full-boat Receptor - how much does it weigh, and what is the rackmount depth? I am partially disabled, and have difficulty transporting rack-size items.

Is there ANYBODY out there? HOW MUCH DOES IT WEIGH? You want to sell it, answer the question, or I have to assume you hane zero tech support, like so many other pieces of shoddy gear otu there, and I'm back to laptop hell again, but I'm a professional musician, don't waste my time...

Hi Dasher ~ and welcome.
The unit is 17 Pounds. (possibly a few ounces less)
Just for the record, this is a User site.
Ususally you get responses much more quickly, and occasionally from some of the tech people.
I'm a professional musician too, and again for the record, I've been one for 20 years ~ I've rarely experienced a better, more genuinely concerned technical and sales team.
Your having to wait a few days for a response, from this forum, is NO indication of the kind of 'care and concern' you receive from the folks at Receptor, or how they treat their customers.
This is a user site, and as I said before, usually you would have your responses in less than a few hours.
The upper left-hand corner of the site has a direct link to Receptor; that's where you could communicate directly with Muse Research.
We'll all try to treat you better : )
This is an awsome piece of hardware, and they really are great with their customers.

Yes, it's very strange that both (a) no-one replied quicker (normally great here - is it a holiday in the US?) and (b) the manual doesn't list specs, like normal manuals. Those CWAZY folks at Muse shore have a stwange way of dooin' thangs!

Yes, this is a user site, so there is no guarantee that there will be an official response. But, we do try to answer all questions in a timely manner. For any emergency you can call the support line during business hours and get an answer very quickly.
And thanks for the nice sentiments, JayVee.

so, don't "explode" to fast - otherwise MUSErs might change their attitude toward support
