1) Read the read-me! (that's why its called a read-me).
2) Straight from the read-me:
Installation
Put Filterscape.component into this location:
Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/Filterscape.component
Put the presets into these folders:
Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/Filterscape/*.aupreset
Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/FilterscapeQ6/*.aupreset
Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/FilterscapeVA/*.aupreset
Note: If any of these folders/paths do not exist already, you must create them manually. Be careful with uppercase/lowercase folder names.
Alternatively, you can launch each plugin without the presets. They will then create the folders for you and you can copy the presets into these locations.

i know what a read me is and mine looks like this... anyways easy enough to figure out after a moments thought, i't a combination of the harddrive lib and the user lib which of course i should have realized.

Filterscape is a new effect plugin for VST and Audio Units by Urs Heckmann. It combines filters, equalizers and digital delay in a single plugin, beefed up with flexible modulation and routing options.
In addition to the effects plugin, there are 2 sister plugins included. One of which is Filterscape VA, a virtual synthesizer, the other one is Filterscape Q6, an advanced, dynamic 6-banded equalizer.
In Demo mode they will occasionally emit noise after 2 minutes of usage, unless you've registered it.
The price for Filterscape is 129$. You can order it online at http://www.filterscape.com

VST versions load .fxp (VST presets) and .aupreset (AU presets) files, but they save only .fxp (.fxp support for the AU version will follow shortly)
There is no "proper" support for .fxb (VST preset banks). A preset bank holds onyl 1 preset. Preset bank files don't appear in the built-in preset loader.

For Filterscape's preset loader it's indifferent if you use the harddrive lib or the home lib. It's also indifferent if you use .aupreset or .fxp or both.
