How do you use side chain compression and why is it used? Is there a tutorial on the net? All I know is it uses one channel. Thnks, Kyle

That is one of T's HUGE advantages over other sequencers: you can use stereo-sidechaining with any sidechain capable compressor, by using two of them in a RackFilter.
Just use the search-function of the forum.

Frequency concious compression: In this example the rack has stereo inputs which pass through the compressor as normal, but which are also EQ'ed and summed to mono to feed the side-chain input.ksky wrote:How do you use side chain compression and why is it used?

This makes the compressor respond more to some frequencies than others. eg; cutting the low frequencies could reduce the pumping effects caused by a kick drum when processing a full mix.
The other way to use it is to send completely different signals to the compressor inputs & side-chain:

Eg: routing a bass track through the compressor while sending a kick drum to the side-chain.. If you get the compressor settings right it will duck the bass slightly for each kick drum, which is a very powerful way to make both seem really loud and up-front without competing with each other.
To route the signals correctly drop copies of the rack filter onto both tracks, and set the track to be processed (bass) 100% wet, 0% dry, routed to the audio ins of the rack:

And set the key track (kick) 0% wet, 100% dry, routed to the key input:
