Hi latency with Creamware Scope cards

I'm using Creamware Luna II.
Comparing T2 audio latency during recording with Live 4 I can hear almost 20ms delay (ASIO 2 24bit@44100), perhaps Luna Settings are 4ms.
In Live I can't hear so much latency and I can play guitar without problems.

Someone has noticed this problem?
