the new Rob Papen Blue, and ConreteFX's Kubik make no sound in T2 (except when first installed, then after that nothing).

I haven't been able to find anyone else to test this out, though...

Post

I have Kubik 2.16 and T2 2.0.1.13 here on WinXP, loaded up Kubik, played, saved edit, exited, fired up T2 again and reloaded the edit - everything worked fine.

I assume you've checked to make sure MIDI is coming in and have switched end-to-end on, so about all I can say is try toggling end-to-end off/on and see if things suddenly start working.

I've seen the odd issue with Vectrik though, so maybe it's not Tracktions fault... :help:

I figured since both Blue and Kubik are ConcreteFX products, it must have something to do with common code used in them...

Tried toggling e to e, but no joy. MIDI's definitely coming in, any other vsti that I substitute works fine.

i wonder if it is a conflict with any other vsti's?

Blue is a Rob Papen synth...

Hmm.. could be. I did notice that once I wiped out most of my VSTi and reinstalled only a few, things did get better..

I also run energyXT and I've had Vectrik crash it.. I suspect you're right, there's something in common code that causes problems. :( :( :(

Have you posted in the ConcreteFX forum yet?

Is this where I pretend to be afraid of you? Nobody else is, why should I be? :P :hihi: :P :hihi:

Kubik is unstable on some systems, you should go read the bug thread. You're just one of the lucky few that haven't had issues with it.
