Hi Urs

Been playing with my fave little FilterscapeVA, but been having a funny problem with the SubOsc amount resetting to zero every time I stop and restart playback in Sonar 4PE. I'm not sure whats causing it, its not a huge problem as when I reload the tune it remembers it then.

Also FR: it would be uber-cool if you could choose where the Filterscape presets are kept, as I've managed to delete some cool presets by being an idiot and not backing up the Filterscape folders ( I use a partitioned drive with only Windows files on C, everything else on another partition). Not a big issue again, but might be cool for future UHe stuff.

Still a superb synth though :D

Cheers
Jim

p.s. I have found that the U-He t shirt I have is superb for attracting women, not only does it look cool, but the logo is slightly furry and they like to stroke it! 8)

It's an accidentally MidiLearn on SubOsc Volume. Right-click the knob twice - gone! 8)

(hopefully)

I'll try... must write to the Registry then... eeeek!

Hey, would you like to share some presets?

Ahhh, cool, I should really RTFM...:hihi:

Seems to not be occuring today... though I've just done another system reinstall (grrr hard drive probs) and everything seems AOK.

Eek, well its not a big issue, I'm not sure what proportion of your users use a partition. I've just been screwed twice recently by a corrupt startup file in Bindows which means I've had to reinstall stuff onto C and have lost some of my own presets...

The way Cameleon handles preset location at the moment is by not remembering a location at all, and you just choose it from the windows 'save as' window when you hit save (don't know the technical term for the save as window!) . Albino2 by Linplug seems to recall where you last saved/loaded presets from, and pops the load/save window open at the right folder location , which is nice and saves you having to find your preset folder every time.

Hey, would you like to share some presets?
If I hadn't been having some weirdness with Bindows I would, but I'll need to remake/save some presets out of tunes now. Will do in the future 8)
