FR: Adjust one EQ parameter at a time.

When I grab an EQ band to change just the gain or just the frequency, it is hard to move one without moving the other. So if I want to change the gain I have to remember what the freq was because there is a very good chance that it will change as I change the gain.

Maybe a keyboard command like holding a particular key will only allow the gain to move. Another for the freq.
