Unreasonably I find out that no patches are inside bank "My Multis" ! I thing there were some factory patches when I bought my Receptor (one year ago) but now there it is nothing inside. In addition it looks that there is another system bug because there are no positions for patches, only position 128, others are missing. Here are the screenshots to see how my Receptor shows this status:

Do you have any idea how to get them inside again?

Your first screenshot show the factory banks still there. But, they got moved. I see:

No,
Synth, Guitar, Demo and Performance Multis are OK. They include all presets, but only "<My Multis>" is empty. I thought that bank "<My Multis>" is delivered from factory. I can´t remember that I would create it. We will see after installing new 1.4 firmware what happened ...
