I've not found these keyboard shorcuts (I hate the mouse when I'm recording music ) :
- select a track ?

i know vertical scrolling is there because i have my up & down arrow keys mapped to do this
the key map is called "scroll tracks up/down" & there defalt keymap is shift+arrow up & down keys
