Playback timing problems

Since installing the update, I've encountered a few instances where some tracks in edits I had started in 2.0.1.13 are playing back out of time, and only when a good number of tracks are up (ie: 20). In particular, a backup vocal that I imported plays out of time except when I solo the vocal tracks. If I mute the suspect clip, it plays back anyway. These are all tracks imported via importing a Mackie .prj file, tracks done on my SDR. I installed over the previous version, I'm guessing a clean install is in order? Anyone else experience anything similar? Thanks.

Chalk it up to operator error, I guess. I discovered a copy of the vocal track I imported pasted to the snare track also. I must have mistakenly had the snare track highlighted when I did the import. Interestingly, it landed out of time. Being a broadcast wave file, I haven't figured that part out.
