You know that,in Nuendo we can build a FX track, so that we can send a track or several tracks' signal to that FX track, and we can get the effect. or you can call that "send and return mode". this is similar to a real mixer's "aux send"
and I still cant figure out that how to do this in T2. and I just got how to adding effects to a single track by "insert mode".
please tell that how to do that!!!

Assuming you are using Tracktion2, there are built in filters called Aux Send and Aux Return. They work just like Aux Sends and Aux Returns in Nuendo, but you aren't restricted by a default configuration. Simply put a send after a fader for a post fader effects send and put an Aux Return on any empty track. Done.

Strange though, I can't use aux send 2 to 8, only 1, and I'm not the only one. Are we doing something wrong ??

Depends on which "we" you're talking about. Haven't noticed anyone with any problem before this thread.
I don't have T with me (I'm at work... er... working hard...) but it seems to me that once you instantiate a send, you need to select its 'channel' from a drop down menu, no?

Yes, I select another bus number, but it does not change...
I have the last T2, in French, and one of my group musician has the same behavior...

It's working here. I wonder if it's specific to the French language version. When you change it to "bus#2", maybe it's actually changing but the words don't show that it's changing?
Try naming your busses different things to see if it gets cleared up.

I tried to change the name.
What I did was this :
- I have an aux return for reverb, it's the bus#1
- I wanted to add another bus for guitars. I put a send and assigned it to bus#2 and change its name
- All aux sends and returns for bus#1 were changed as well

I can't help but wonder if you're missing a vital step here, but it doesn't seem from your words like you are. Pretend I'm 5 years old (which I am), and explain to me. Here's what I do when creating a send, pretending that I already know that I want a vocal and guitar send, although of course you can always decide at any point in time to remove or add:
1. Create a track called "Vocal Send", drag an instance of Aux Return to it, along with a reverb. I click the Aux Return (currently labeled "Aux Return #1") and then rename it to "Vocal"
2. Create a track called "Guitar Send" and then drag an instance of a different reverb to it, along with an instance of "Aux Return". When I drop the Aux Return it defaults to "R: Vocal", so I need to change this. I use the drop-down menu to switch to "Aux Return #2" and then I rename it to "Guitar"
3. For each vocal track that is using the send, I drag an instance of "Aux Send" to the track at whatever insertion point I want, like at the end of my track's effects. It defaults to "Vocal", so I don't need to change anything for these.
4. For each guitar track that's using the guitar send, I drag an instance of "Aux Send" to it. It defaults to "Vocal", so I need to go to the drop-down menu in the properties panel and change it to "Guitar"
Done.
Now, at what point in time is it screwing up for you? Does it literally simply not change presets? Ie. you drag down to "bus #2" and when you release the mouse button, it still says "bus #1"? If you rename the tracks, does the same behaviour occur? (Ie. if you drag down to "guitar" and release the mouse, does it still say "vocal" in the little window?)

Yes, point 2 does not function correctly.
1. I call the first bus on a single return track Reverb, every instance of send change its name to Reverb
2. I create a new track with a new return, I put bus #2, the name does not change, I put Guitar for instance, I click on something else and the instances of bus 1 change their names to Guitar. When I click on the second aux return, the bus is once more #1
