Mixing a midi instrument in Tracktion to and audio file

I have made a Midi file using Slayer 2, I would like to convert that midi file into an audio file, I know this is probably a newbie question but I would really appreciate some help.

select the track (by clicking on the left hand side of the track) now "render track" is a option in the propties pannel at the bottom of the screen
