'Sub-host' a VSTi ?

OK - odd question perhaps:
Is there a plugin that will host a plugin? I ask because of my troubles getting Ueberschall Liquid Bass to work in T2 (works fine in Ableton Live Lite 4 and Live 5 demo. Have asked on ther forum no reply yet). Slaving Live 5 demo means that plugins are disabled due to slave mode so that didn't work.
So I'm looking for something that I can 'wrap' the VSTi in and see if that works. I ahve also searched to see if there is a VSTi that can wrap a DXi (so I can try that version) to no avail
I've searched the forum (and Google) and not come up with anything (I'll keep scouring in the meantime) but any pointers would be gratefully received

ffx4 will only host DX plugins, so will be no good whatsoever for a VSTi!
The only VSTi plugins which can wrap DXi plugins are Console and FruityLoops
Several other VSTi plugins can wrap VSTi plugins; Chainer, Bidule, energyXT...

Excellent plugin - not sure how I'd missed it.metamorphosis wrote:ffx4
But . . . doesn't cure the problem - looks like Ueberschall plug won;t play with T2 full stop

doh - multifxvst initially has the same problem then crashes taking T2 down when ueberschall liquid is loaded in it and you try to assign samples. eXT within T2 has the same problem as T2 alone.
Tried thee standalone version and that had same prob as T2 - sp maybe the plug is only any use with Ableton ?

It has allowed several VSTs that crashed Sonar and Tracktion2 to work on my system.

I should have probably osted back that I discovered that there is a (now) known bug with the Liquid plugin - Windows versions cannot assign samples
There is a workaround posted in the Ueberschall forum until they fix it. ta for the suggestions,
