Hi all;
Yup I'm a newbe (sucks).
MY wife and kids are pissed as well because I can't figure out how to get the full 88 keys of the Keystation Pro 88 working. I am using Traction2 as my host and Ihave Atura CS-80 synth plugin as well as the otherincluded stuff from E-mu and Traction.

Also, I'm not getting ANY sound when I use Emulator X from within Traction.
Save my marrage, send me a relpy,please )(

Sincerely;

My guess with the Keystation is that your problem lies there, and not with Tracktion's config.

It is likely that keystation offers keyboard splitting. Splitting is usually used to allow one hand to play bass, whilst the other plays a lead instrument, and is a pretty handy feature. However, if things aren't set up right, some keys may not be reaching Tracktion as MIDI.

Take a look through the user manual for the device and perhaps contact the support for the keyboard if you are really stuck.

As for the Emu-x, I can't answer that one as I know nothing much about it, but a few people around here are, so hopefully one of them will chime in.

I'm getting sound from emulator
but only on the mini on screen keyboard the Keystation 88 plays nothing but worked fine up to yesterday. I unpluged it and rebooted the computer.

Try to reset it. Read the manual. Also make sure the keyzones are set up correctly (the buttons in the lower left corner). Oh, and make sure you are transmitting on the correct MIDI channel!
