Giving Tracktion another go.... questions

I am trying to simplify my life and think Tracktion can help

I have a few questions before diving back in..

Can you have a count-in for audio recording while in loop mode?

When loop recording does Tracktion keep track of multiple takes and can you separate those takes and then play them side by side (how)

Loop-recording actually has some major flaws like no count-in, recording always jumps to the first marker etc. But I´m sure these things will be corrected in T3 if not earlier...

The best thing to do if you want to separate them is to make copies of all the takes by simply ctrl+drag them to new tracks.

What asha said. The jump to marker flaw isn't really a problem for me since that's what I've come to expect it to do; however, it means that you can't even make a count-in workaround.

I'll generally just make the loop region a half- to a full- measure longer than I really need (and often at the end, too, to make sure I catch any decay tails) and I haven't had any major headaches, but there's no doubt that a count-in is something that can only be considered a flaw.

Still, since T makes the rest of my life easier, I'm willing to overlook a few warts.
