Hello! I've had my Receptor about two months and I'm really enjoying it. Recently I did "unsupported" installs of NI Electrik Piano and Stylus RMX and they're working fine. (When are we getting support for RMX 1.5?) Anyway, I have a boxed version of z3ta+ from Cakewalk. I was wondering if I am going to be able to do the crossgrade and load this excellent synth as my Muse demo has just expired. Plugorama say they submit the user registration info to rcg: audio so I'm not sure this will work.

We submit the information you provide to rgc:audio. If they approve the cross-grade we proceed. If they don't approve, then you might need to talk to them and to Cakewalk.

I would suggest you start by providing the information. We will submit it to rgc:audio and depending on their response we will take from there.

I bought the downloadable version of z3ta+ from Cakewalk Direct, and they did approve my crossgrade (took a bit longer than others though).
