Native Instrument Upgrades?

Where are things at regarding NI registrations and upgrades?
Like B4 to B4-2, or Kompact to Kontact2?

I've had an open (un-answered) ticket @ Plugorama Support for almost 2 months.

Dude, you can buy upgrades at certain vendors (e.g. Musician's Friend; Sam Ash; etc...) for many of the NI products. You'll save a bit-o-cash, if you go this route.

B4-2 is on our list, but we don't know yet when it will be ready. So until it is supported we don't know about upgrading. I don't know about the upgrade from Kompakt to Kontakt 2. I will ask.

The issue for me is that I purchased certain plug-ins, in advance of your (Muse) shipping my Receptor.
Native Instruments does not recognize me as a registered user of the B4 or Kompact.
So I'm not (not yet) entitled to any upgrade pricing.
