Can't Key In Serial Number? Look Here...

Dear All,

First post here. Glad to meet you guys.

I was installing Guitar Rig to my Receptor earlier, and could not key in the serial number in the Remote Control. I went here and found that some other users had the same problem before, without a solution so far.

Later I stumbled into one, which is really ridiculous:

1. In the registration screen, there are five empty columns for NI's 20 digit serial number.

2. Point the mouse cursor to the first empty column and key in the first five digits. REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR MOUSE CURSOR WITHIN THE COLUMN! IF THE CURSOR IS OUTSIDE THE COLUMN, YOU CAN'T KEY IN ANYTHING!

3. Move the mouse cursor to the second empty column and key in the second five digits. THE KEY IS TO KEEP THE CURSOR WITHIN THE COLUMN THAT YOU WANT TO KEY IN ANYTHING.

I don't know why something so ridiculous could've happen, but it just did. And I'm glad that I just found a solution to it, however I found it....
