2.1 FR/BR (?) - Filter quick control parameter

Congrats on the update, it is excellent, the quick filter is especially handy.

One request for the filter quick parameter control: when I select the left input of a rack it only moves the left input even though the 'linked' button is checked on the rack panel.

Not sure if that is a FR or a BR depending on what was intended!
