I believe there is a time-out on the number of times you can change machine IDs in the my.mackie.com settings. Obviously, machines get upgraded, etc. etc. and these change. Though I have no idea how often you can do this.
If I sell my Tracktion licences to someone else (i.e., the whole account), will they be penalised if their IDs run out? Will they be able to contact Mackie and reset it?

The limitation is that you can't reinstall so many times within a given time period. The only problem is the number of times, as well as the time limit, aren't well defined, if at all.
