Hi, Can the memory and hard drive be upgraded by the user? Could I just ghost the hard drive to a larger hard drive and install it? Does this void the warrenty? Would I have to bring it in to a shop or send it somewhere for this to be done after purchase?

From what I know, RAM is user-upgradable. HD's on the other hand, I hear must be sent to Muse or bought from their website.
