I have just installed the newest version of T2 and tried to import mp3s. The file type was not recognized on my mac and on my pc it asked to look for lame on my computer. It didn't find it. The pc isn't on line.

Well, that's the missing link for the PC version at least. You need to have LAME installed, and then when it asks where LAME is (as it SHOULD, that's not a bug but a feature, allowing you to define where LAME is found!) you just have to tell it. If you don't have LAME installed, no dice!
