registering new machine id

just re-installed windows and now i'm trying to change my product id. When i put my new id in click "set/change machine numbers" it doesn't update to my new machine #. Any ideas?

after reading some older posts, it sounds like I have reached my registration limit. I have reinstalled quite a bit in the past. If this is true I'm hoping I can get my account reset.

So I contacted tech support via telephone and they told me I that now I can no longer use tracktion v1 and must use only t2 now. The gentleman I talked to was Ron. Not to sound rude but I didn't pay good money for my version of tracktion v1 to expire.
