Can I access .wav ( or other format ) files with a foot midi pedals using RECEPTOR ?

heh...well, you can install something that play wave files, and use a foot MIDI controller on the MIDI input. Theres a bunch of SE wave players in the KvR database that should work fine. I think EVE ( comes with receptor) plays regular waves as well.
