After a long evening installing Ivory, I'm finding one odd thing. The installation instructions say that you can't choose patches from within the Ivory GUI, but all the factory patches are there in Receptor. I'm finding the opposite. I can choose the patches from within the Ivory GUI, but there are no patches in the Receptor Factory bank. Was this just a typo?
Will be putting it through it's paces tomorrow.

You can't scroll through the patches in Ivory...only the ones that fit in the Ivory GUI will show up...I held down SETUP and triple-clicked the power button after experiencing the same thing as you, and voila. The patches showed up in Receptor, and I was in piano bliss....I hope it works for you too!
