This is not any test or something. And it is good to know that i am not reverb tweakhead and i am not tryin to be one
here are my examples.
First example. Medium Plate patch used.
Drum loop 1 dry(basic drum loop with kick and hats etc.)
Drum loop 1 medium plate mix 40(loop with 40% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 medium plate mix 100(loop with 100% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 medium plate mix sweep(loop with sweep from 0 to 100%)
Second example. Room patch used.
Drum loop 1 dry
Drum loop 1 room mix 40(loop with 40% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 room mix 100(loop with 100% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 room mix sweep(loop with sweep from 0 to 100%)
Third example. Drum Plate patch used
Drum loop 2 dry(hats).
Drum loop 2 drums plate mix 40(loop with 40% wet mix)
Drum loop 2 drums plate mix 100(loop with 100% wet mix)
Drum loop 2 drums plate mix sweep(loop with sweep from 0 to 100%)
And finaly more elements. Whole loop with only these 3. patches used as Sends. Every instrument is affected by CSR. Mixed by personal taste
Loop dry
Loop wet
Loop changes(switching from dry to wet)
My own opinion...it is realy great reverb and this is my next purchase that is sure. Sound is outstanding and IMO (as Kingston is mentioned somewhere in "pants down")comparable and in many cases even better than Lexicon 960 impulses on noisevault. I did not played with hall and inverse (just quick preview)but i am sure that even there i will find some good surprise
How is comparable to ArtsAcoustic? IMO they are both very different. I still cant get good plate sound from AA. CSR is waaaaay better here IMO. Rooms are good in both devices. AA and CSR. CSR will give you more controls but AA has that good musical sound. I dont know anything for CSR Hall. So far AA is outstanding in big halls, arenas etc. Inverse? Well this is good bonus from CSR
My advice...buy CSR and buy AA and you are in reverb nirvana
Cheers
EDIT - 19.04. - new files uploaded
example four - Standard "vocal weird ambience" patch used
Drum loop 1 dry
Drum loop 1 inverse mix 15(loop with 15% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 inverse mix 50(loop with 50% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 inverse mix sweep(loop with sweep from 0 to 100%)
example five - Standrad "breathing drums" patch used
Drum loop 1 dry
Drum loop 1 inverse mix 15(loop with 15% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 inverse mix 50(loop with 50% wet mix)
Drum loop 1 inverse mix sweep(loop with sweep from 0 to 100%)
example six - reverb checkout in plate, room, hall and inverse with 50% wet mix
Checkout hall
Checkout plate
Checkout room
Checkout inverse
enjoy!
