b4 patches missing

i just uninstalled the b4 that came with the receptor and installed the b4 ii file from plugorama. after i authorized it it worked perfectly and sounded great. now after i shut down the system and started it back up this morning about half of the presets are not playing any sound. the other half sound just fine. any ideas?
