Ivory installation problems

Hi there,
I've sat through a lengthy installation of Ivory on my Receptor...nealy 13 hours for all 10 discs. I installed the necessary updates to the O/S to 1.52 and the ivory prep installer and I registered it with Synthogy. However when I brought up the Ivory interface on the Receptor there is no sound. Then I checked with the installation instructions and found something about the "Ivory Library Tool" which I couldn't find on the Receptor. Did this have to be copied over with the samples from DVD? I did find the library tool hidden away in another synthogy folder on the muse and when I fired it up it converted the sampels to mac format.

It then started to freeze when I tried to call it up on the Receptor. So now I'm left with no piano sounds. Can anyone help me out on this one? Do I have to reinstall everything and start from scratch? I reread the instructions for installing and anything about the "Ivory Library Tool" is pretty vague. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have Ivory (yet) but reading the instructions, it would seem the package installs a utility called Ivory Tools which you need to use before starting Ivory. From what I understand, it means that you will find the utility in the setup menu when you click on Plugin Tools, just like you do when installing Native Instruments plugs. The instructions say you need to run all options one by one, verifying before converting the samples. Once that tool has run, you should be able to run Ivory.
