Anybody using sfz to play WAVs or Ogg files?

I'd like to be able to play some long (7 minute) WAVs from my Receptor to use as backing tracks. Sfz implies it can do this, but seems to require scripts to work. Does anyone have a simple script to open a WAV or ogg file and lay it from beginning to end? Streaming from disk would be the preferred method.

I dl'ed the instruction/command set, but don't see what I need, it's kind of dense.
