Newbie questions

Hi,
I've just got a receptor and have a number of questions which are hopefully easy for someone to answer.

1) Is there an easy way of turning catalogs of patches that come with a softsynth into patches that can be recalled with midi signals.
Eg I loaded RMX last night and am currently selecting sounds via the mouse, but would like to be able to select them through the front page or from my midi keyboard.

2) Komplete owners. I've tried loading Absynth3 tonight. It's installed fine, but when I tried to manually register it, with my serial number I got for the product from the web site, it said that it was part of the Komplete package and needed to be installed by the Komplete installer. Is there a work around for this? I can't believe someone who has paid for most of NI's products should be disadvantaged versus someone who has only bought one.

3) My trilogy and atmosphere installers both said that they had failed and plonked themselves in the failed directory. However I followed the installation instructions and have trilogy and atmosphere working fine. Presumably this is just an error and nothing to worry about.
