Midicc remapping question

Is there a way to remap incoming ccs similar to the way B4 Buddy does for the B4? I need this app, but it is an exe, and won't run. I had thoght reassigning ccs would work, but it appears that is only about the display order, not remapping cc in -> cc out. Also a range limit would be usefu, switching the percussion control via 2-position switch = 0 or 127, = 1st drawbar percussion or 9th, but not 2-3 (40 and 65, respectively.)

I have contacted Remco about a B4 buddy update, but no response so far.
