Using second channel controllers with NI B4 II

I have two manuals on one version of my performance rig - the upper one currently is an XP-30 with Voce drawbars attached, which uses Roland's "wonderful" spring-loaded mod/pitchbend stick, so it's useless for Leslie control (cc 1). I could remap one of the Roland sliders, but that's a very clumsy position to get to.

The lower keboard puts out the right kind of mod wheel operation, but it will be transmitting on midi channel 6, and the main B4 channel, and control channel, is 1. Is there a simple devive that can remap one cc number to the same controller, but on a different channel?
