Green Machine II/Midi Control Question

I am having a MIDI control issue with Green Machine on Receptor. I play Chapman Stick through Receptor along with keyboards. When I press the sustain pedal on my keyboard controller (Yamaha S80), it toggles a switch on the back of Green Machine which complete mutes the guitar input along with Green Machine unless I have the pedal pressed down.

I have tried to adjust the MIDI setting on Green Machine on the edit page to no avail. Any suggestions regarding how to turn off the midi control would be greatly appreciated.

At some point I would also like to learn how to set up wah control along with other parameters on Green Machine. I had no trouble setting this up in EnergyXT - does anyone know if I could run Green Machine through energyXT on Receptor?
