Just out of curiosity, is anyone using receptor live as their main or only instrument? If so two questions? 1) what are you using as a front end to control it? 2) What soft synths fill your rack? colossus?, Komplete?

While I will be using it in the studio, it's mainly a live axfor me. I currenty use an M-Audio Prokeys99sx as primary or lowr keyboard, and at the moment, a Roland XP30 on top. Shortly (today?) I will replace that with an Axiom 61 except for one group that needs the XP30.
I use B4 II, Silver Steinway, MrRay 22, FM7 and Mimimogue in my main live setup, but Slayer2 or a clav, or some other specialty sound device like Plugsound Free or Atmosphere.
Works great. I will be adding Colossus when it arrives, but it will probably not be a main player.

The EastWest Quantum Leap Silver Orchestra (EWQLSO) Stenway was the piano of preference for me, although I got Colossus today, and that Steinway B is really nice! Much warmer, but looks like it will take up a lot more memory as well.
I currently use MrRay22 as my primary EP. I probaly will eventually get Elektik, or perhaps Lounge Lizard, but after a full-boat Receptor, Colossus, the Axiom 61, B4 II, FM7 and Slayer2 all on the same card/billing cycle, MrRay sounds Great!
