Latency?

Hi Guys
I'm planning to use receptor in a live setup to be able to use plug ins with receptor
for real time processing like tc finalizer does.
Is there any information about latency rates during real time process usage in the system?
I want to use wave plugins as well but i don't know how long the signal takes to override.
