SLOW RECEPTORIZATION OF VSTs

They are usually very helpful, but they seem to be VERY slow in receptorizing stuff these days... Asked them in may about Nostalgia, they said it would be ready any minute. Asked again this week and it looks like they dropped it altogether. I know people are using it, so it can be done. I paid top dollar for this machine based on the promise that it would run any VST... I am not a programming expert and dont know what regedit is (mac user).
Same deal with Komplete: paid over $1000 for it and most of the stuff is useless on Receptor. Muse says its NIs fault; NI says they dont support Receptor.
I AM VERY ANNOYED

It is rather annoying. Recently, there was this bit of news:jlrivera wrote:They are usually very helpful, but they seem to be VERY slow in receptorizing stuff these days... I think the minimal communication is just as annoying as the slowness (which I can understand, since they are a very small company). But it would REALLY be nice if we could just get a regular update on this forum telling us what is being worked on and when to expect what update(s)...generally.farhan wrote: We are as well working on Komplete and a newer installation method which enables customers to run new and updates fairly easily.
I agree updates from Muse are fairly slow at the moment. We are addressing this issue as well..
I'm in the same boat as you on the Komplete thing...at least with Kompakt. Even though I own the iLok license version I cannot upgrade to the latest Kompakt installer since it uses "unsupported" method and hence requires a Kompakt license. Mine got "absorbed" into my Komplete license...I've ask NI for another one but they are ignoring me this time
If you want to install Nostalia, Vapor or Battery2 as unsupported the document is here, along with my method for Kontakt 2.1.1. Although it may first seem like a PITA to do it my way, the side-benefit is, when/if NI releases little "fix releases" you don't have to wait on Muse...you can just immediatly update your unsupported plug to the latest version.

You have to ask Muse to give you the Regedit installer for Receptor.thesoundsmith wrote:Hybernation, how do we install regedit? is there a link to a method?
