Lost my patch changes on SOME plugs. WTF???

I have my Axiom 61 set up through USB to send patch changes to the plugs I use.

Track 1 is set to all channels, and holds the B4 II, set to upper manual ch1, lower ch 6, pedals ch 16 (off, AFAIC.) On the Axiom, Patch 7 uses the pressure pads as patch changes. They send the patch and bank lsb/msb info and work perfectly.

Track 4 holds FM7, set to Ch4.The Axiom patch 8 sends patch changes with bank lsb/msb data the same way, via the pads. Until yesterday evening this worked perfecty, suddenly they do not work at all. As the B4 is set on all channels/thru, I thought this might somehow be the difference, but when I set the B4 to only channel 1, it still works correctly.

Track 5 is the MinimogueVA on Channel 5, and is exactly like the FM7 - worked until yesterday eve, now does not see patch changes. In both cases, ALL the other controls work as I have programmed.

It would seem that the bank select is screwed up (patch changes on the B4 also have bank select used and work great, the numers on the Axiom match the numbers in the Receptor, so it's not an off-by-one bug (the Axiom uses channel 1-16, but patch 0-127, go figure.)

Any ideas? This is mainly important because it used to work, the only difference is I added an EQ18 plugin to the piano channel (which does not ever want to see a patch change...) Plus the other patches that did not load this plug still are broken.'
