iLok Syncronization

I cant download my new liscences...My iLok wont sync up w/the Ilok services page.
So, It never gets "download-enabled"

I click "syncronize" and it goes to a screen that says "one moment please" and thats it, nothing else...ever.

Are you using Internet Explorer ? I had mega problems with other browsers and in the end had to IE to get my licences.

I too could not get it to sync with Firefox, had to use IE.

If your having an iLok.com sync issue please complete a support form from their web site. It's the fastest way to resolve iLok.com issues.
