Can I use the sounds from my MachFive (which I can't use because my laptop is too slow) on the Receptor?

That's a Mac app, it won't fly. I'm not aware of any PC app that will import their libs.

Macfive is dual platform. though you have to by the PC version when u first get it. It's not dual platform out of the box.

So are you saying there is no way to even use the samples that came with the Mac version of MachFive in the Receptor?

MCal is right that ou can get the PC version - I'm a DP user so I forgot. But I don't know of any direct way to access the library. But if you have Kontakt, you can use Chicken Systems' Translator Pro to convert to Kontakt. (Or even a soundfont.) Garth says th conversion is in the currebt version, but you need the PC version of MachFive.
