Can't Access Accordion??

I installed, a long time ago, a plug-in called Accordion, by Safwan Matni.
I've used it for well over a year, never had a problem.
It is no longer showing up as being available on my Receptor; and songs that had it, are now showing (XX)Accordion on the track Mixer.

When I connect to Receptors hard-Drive, I see:
the Safwan Matni folder>Accordion>005-066 factory.bank and 15.fxp Patch files there.
It all there ~ so what the #%$@! happened?

I've tried to re-install, from a back-up I had, but placing that folder in the "Drop Installers Here' folder failed... several times.

I need some Accordion ~ PLEAS HELP ME
