Transferring Ownership of a used Receptor

Hi all,

Brand new in the receptor world...just got one from Ebay. Hopefully some insight can be gained here...

I went to Plugorama to create a user account and register the Receptor and got back a error that it had been registered to another user. That's not surprising, but my issue is I couldn't find any recourse for transferring ownership to myself from the previous owner. Does anyone know how this is done as i cannot open a plugorama acount until this happens. Any help folks could give would be much appreciated.

The previous owner should notify Muse of the transfer. As for the iLok, same thing.

Thr iLok my be a different affair. Some companies allow licence transfer, others (most) do not. Check with the individual developers to find out.
