the muzynth in muzys 3.xx was so flexible and powerful.
If I had this as a vst, I would not need any other vst synth or sampler at all.
Give it the ability to import sample mappings from the most common sampler formats and it would beat everything there is in terms of flexibility, usability and all the other -ilities one can think off.
As a vst it would have a much bigger market to target.
Do we need to convince the muzycian or is there something cooking already?

That's great news. Mighty Muzynth VST beats them all!! That thing will keep me hooked forever.
one more advantage of a muzynth vst:
muzynth principally actually worked like a modular synth/sampler already(just more userfriendly and less intimidating, than those modular packages normally are). and now think of the possibilities, using multiple instances of muzynth vst in apps which can freely connect vst's, parallel, serial, whatever. by that, one could build every monster synth using only muzynths!!!!
