I just got Sylenth and its awesome.

OK, I am complete beginner when it comes to synthesis having created most of my stuff using presets.

I decided to learn synthesis and program my own sound...I got this great book by Rick Snoman and learned a fair bit.

So now I am learning about filter envelopes and filter sweeps and all that....

BUT...Sylenth 1 doesn't seem to have the ADSR feature for filter envelopes :-(

Sooooo...I know I am going to get laughed at here by some guy in an anorak.....how do you do filter sweeps with Sylenth 1?

By the way...love the anorak :-)

respect the ADSR and it will provide

The ADSR envelopes are located in the bottom left corner of Sylenth1 (Mod Env 1 & 2). To make a filter sweep you can assign the ADSR to Cutoff AB for example, using the small green displays right below the ADSR. Set the amount with the small knob right next to it and you're done :)

By the way, this is an awesome synth...just messing around creates amazing sounds even if I have no idea what I am doing ! :-)
