Can the Syncro-Dongle be accessed by an App. NOT running on the Receptor itself?
For Example: If I had a licsence for Korgs Legacy Digital on my Receptor dongle, Would it be possible for say, Cubase to see that liscence if I where to Load an instance of KORG:D.E.
in Cubases instrument rack.
I dont know why I just bothered to type this question,I'm sure the answer will be a BIG,FAT...NO.

Bad example - Korg is Syncro, Receptor is iLok, you can't have a Legacy license on the iLok. But if you had somethinglicenced on the iLok dongle, don't know why you couldn't install it on a PC as well, only using one at a time and where the manufacturer allows the multiple install.
But the Synchrosoft dongle does not work currently; hopefully rhis will be resolved in the Rev 2 OS. (I hope, I hope - I love Wavestation.)
