Number of DVD's on Kontakt 2 confirmation?

Just received my crossgrade of Kontakt 2. Apart from the manual being in German there is only 2 dvd's with this? I thought it was a 15GB library? Are they compressed or something?

Managed to confirm it is two DVD's Can someone with crossgrading experience please give assistance? When do I submit my GPO licence etc?
