How to "keep going" w/ an MSEG?

I'm designing a patch where I want the MSEG to simply keep moving forward and not jump to the loop end point when the player lifts the key. I can't figure out how to do this however. Any insight?

What if it's not a loop? eg. It's a downward slope, so when you let go it just continues down the slope?
