Can someone try and replicate what sounds like a bug to me? this is the easiest way i can replicate it.
Load the preset waiting for night from factorybank3 switch on distortion in the effects. leave it on overdrive. turn the amount to 0% and the mix to 100% wet.
Assign the mod wheel to control dist amount and turn the amount knob to 100%
now hold down a note and move the mod wheel. I'm hearing loads of nasty clicks and pops I don't hear if I manually sweep the amount of distortion either with my mouse or by assigning the mod wheel to distort amount (my host is live 6.0.7)

Thanks for reporting! I just tested it, and the problem is that the distortion amount is a monophonic parameter, while the patch is polyphonic. What happens is that every polyphonic voice will quickly switch on and off the distortion amount so that it causes clicks in this patch.
I'll see if I can find a workaround for it in the next update. For now, you can easily solve it by switching the patch to Mono Legato mode, or you can use the MIDI learn function to control the Dist Amount knob directly with the Modwheel.
