Cant authorize older NI plugins on 1.6, Setup "unloads"!

Hi,
Since i've updated to OS 1.6 i can no longer run the Native Instruments Registration Tool from the Setup page!!!

This is what happens; When i choose for example (NI Guitarcombos) plexi combo from the Run Utility section to authorize the plugin the stup page dissapears leaving me with the Regtool all alone, i even hear a click sound on the Receptor when this happens...then, when i have finished typing in the systemID and the authcode i can no longer click on the complete button on the reg tool....its completely dead....

Muse or anyone else that has solved this, what can i do now?????

Oh, by the way, if I press exit on the regtool it clicks again and throws me back to the setup screen like nothing ever happened.....

mine worked with "absynth 3" but then again i used the remote to do it.

Well i tried both remote and direct control (mouse and keyborad) and same thing happens....
